項目內容: 充分利用灤平釩鈦資源建設年產高鈦渣6萬噸、海綿鈦2萬噸、鈦材1.5萬噸生產線，其中鈦板0.5萬噸。
Project Plan: By fully taking advantage of vanadium and titaniumtim resources in Luanping, it is planned to build a production line with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of high titanium slag, 20,000 tons of titanium sponge and 15,000 tons of titaniumtim. The titanium plate accounts for 5,000 tons.
投資估算與資金來源：項目總投資8.5億美元。資金全部企業自籌。

Market Analysis: With the high speed development of China’s economy, the demand for metallic titanium enjoys a speed of 20% to 30%, which is major supplied to such fields as aircraft, rockets, missiles, satellites, space crafts, naval vessels, military industry, light industry, chemical industry, textile, medical, petrochemical and civil circles. Judging from long term development, the future for metallic titanium and titaniumtim is bright. The project, by utilizing electro-smelting craft, manufactures high titanium slag and titanium tetrachloride through fused salt chlorination technology, and manufactures titanium sponge through magnesium reduction distillation craft. Through vacuum fused smelting, the titanium sponge is used to produce titanium ingots and is rolled into titaniumtim.
建設條件：該項目選址在京津轉移聚集區內金溝屯冶金工業園，占地1000畝。該園區交通便利，省道112線途經園區，京通鐵路貫穿東西，園區內設有貨站；灤河貫穿整個園區，水資源充沛；園區內建有22萬變電站。
Construction Conditions: The project locates in Jingoutun Metallurgy Industrial Park in Beijing-Tianjin Transfer Accumulation Area, covering an area of 1000m. With convenient transportation, the No. 112 provincial highway passes through the park. Beijing-Tongliao Railway passes through it from east to west. Cargo stations are established in the park. Luanhe River passes through the park, with rich water resources. And there is 220,000V transformation station in the Park.
